The progress report reminds you of how much you have looked at.

On first arriving at your home page, you can set a slider to record how you are feeling as you start. as you make your way through the material your anxiousness will probably fall. Unfortunately, a fearful flyer will always feel 100% anxious even though their anxiety is actually reducing. If, when you leave the site you set the other slider to how you are currently feeling it will remind you that despite what you feel … you are probably making progress. These are very simple things to do and might at first glance seem unnecessary but in reality,it will help you to recognise the gains you have made.

 

 

There is also a Box where you can set your GOAL to remind yourself of what you are trying to achieve and why you are doing it.  Sometimes it’s easy to lose sight of what you’re actually trying to achieve.

Don’t set your aim too high. Make it reasonable and make it realisable.
