If you have a fear of flying my suggestion, however hard it is to do, is to get on right now and start doing something, anything about it. The best time was yesterday the next best time is today and the least effective time is ‘later’. Even if you just start by looking through some of the pages here you’ll be doing something helpful. There’s no rush once you have started, but you must start as soon as possible. Nothing on this website is going to make you feel worse than you do now. This site is designed to be anxiety friendly, fear of flying friendly. We’re not here to sell you ‘stuff’. But here you can find information and help without the worry of unearthing something that you don’t want to hear about. This is user friendly not consumer hungry.
