- Think about the benefits of what you are trying to achieve
- Avoid things you see reported in any media.
- Choose an airline you have confidence in.
- Don’t rush your cure
- Don’t think all or nothing thoughts.
- Just because it happens doesn’t mean it’ll happen to you or that it’ll happen again.

- Turbulence is uncomfortable but that’s not the same as dangerous
- Planes don’t fall thousands of feet, despite what you’ve heard
- The pilots are ordinary people.
- Find a catchphrase or mantra to help you.
- Have confidence in your confidence.
- Have confidence in your strategy.
- Take a short flight first.

- Ask yourself why. Ask yourself how, and you will remember what you learn.
