I´m posting this to let everybody in the forum know that it´s possible to overcome this fear if u really want to. For first time in 2 years I´ve flown 15 hours without crying the whole journey. I had 2 continuous flights: one of 13 hours from Chile to Paris and a second flight of 2 hours from Paris to Dublin. I enjoyed every single part of the journey, including the turbulence. Every turbulence that I felt strengthened confidence in me about the safety of the plane. Thanks to Captain Keith for his marvelous book and special thanks to Zsuzanna who gave me a great tip about positive visualization ..I can´t believe that this is the first time I didn´t say “This is the last time I´ll travel abroad !!!.
