…just wanted to say thank you so much for your help and tips for my flight with Q from P last week. I handled this flight much better than I thought I would. Your calm non drama manner was exactly what I needed. I did as you suggested and monitored myself on my fear level during the flight, I did get above 7 on some occasions but managed with breathing and looking at glass of water making sure it wasn’t spilling to get my panic under control.
I have my flight home next Wednesday fingers crossed I can keep the calmness.
Thank you so much again. Your book was great and a big help also although I think the chat we had online was the most help in calming my fears :-).
