Dear Keith I attended your course last August. Last weekend I put it to the test and flew to Spain and back! I did my homework for two weeks before – listening to the tapes and watching the DVDs. I was expecting to take some fear along with me, but to my surprise I found that I had gone from an 8 out of 10, where 10 is paralytic with fear, to a 2 out of 10. I hardly had to call upon my breathing exercises! In September we fly to Atlanta Georgia. I may be back to you for a top up before. I’m leaving nothing to chance! Many thanks GREAT COURSE!
