What you can do to help your fear of flying

Overcome your fear you have to face your fear and get used to the things that cause you anxiety, the psychologists call it it’s called graded exposure. This means facing your fear by small steps; putting yourself in the situations where your anxiety normally rises.
The best way to start is by listening to our audios, pictures and videos where you can experience the things you fear but doing it in a place where you are safe, like at your computer, or in an armchair in your home.
The videos will acclimatise you to the fearful environments that you would normally try to avoid. We suggest you play them over and over again until you’re so bored with them that they cause you no anxiety at all. Our free audio help comes in the shape of podcasts which we’ll be adding to frequently.
