You can, can can
A week in Hawaii was my reward. Outstanding! I spent 2 months getting wound up about something that I found out was almost fun. I also had the opportunity to sit next to a pilot in transfer and he explained a bunch of things to me about how he does his job. I
understand so much more about the whole process. I also spent a week traveling up and down in elevators. I avoided them before. My comfort zone has become much larger.
Never stop facing your fears! Once you laugh at them, they can’t control you anymore. I made myself charge into the situation and decided to deal with it as it came. I guess once I decided not to live around my fears but instead push through them, I started to enjoy the moments and not fear them.
