I’ve been busy for the last few days revamping the aircraft where we run our fear of flying course. The fact is that the plane had many years of safe flying but she’s now showing her age inside…so we’re laying new carpets and laying out the interior differently to make more space but keep the airliner cabin feel to it. Anyone with a computer and a few ‘devices’ knows what cables are about and the plane is no exception but things are gradually getting tidier.
We’re also going to relocate the speakers on the sound system to make the effects even better than they have been.
We run courses each month so if you haven’t been along please think about it. Don’t delay in the hope that there will be a better time to face your fear. The best time was last year and the next best time is today!

Fear of Flying Simulator Course
The five people who came to the Simulator course last week end had a memorable day that will help them to approach flying with knowledge and confidence.
Each person had at least 40 minutes in the pilot’s seat flying the plane around doing take offs and actually flying a Go Around. Even more amazing o them was the fact that they were able to do the Go Around when I wasn’t even in the pilot’s seat. The crew consisted of two anxious flyers who with the simplest of instructions in what to do were able to control the plane along the approach and then much closer to the ground than they felt was appropriate increased the power raised the wheels and flaps and flew away from the runway.
So something that had made them worry for years and years was finally understood and turned into a positive thought.
