Since Christmas I’ve been very busy. I try to keep a record of all the enquiries that I get and try to follow up on people’s personal stories.

This month alone I’ve clocked up 34 hours of personal converstations with fearful flyers.  Ther’s no other fear of flying website in the world that gives that amount of free expert support. The only reason that I mention it is that I ‘ve been talking to someone who has recently been on a BIG BRAND  Course and the treatment he received after failing to get on the flight was appalling.

It was so bad that I’m tempted to write to the  airline concerned.

And hundreds of people turn up for this stuff. There is another way.
